Is his driver's license suspended?

Many states provide little to no information regarding the status of a drivers license. You could be in an investigation where this detail matters. Namely child custody matters. Surveillance showing that a parent is driving with a child on a suspended license could help your client in court. Would you allow someone to pick up and drive your child that has a suspended driver’s license? These states below do offer free status updates for their licensing division.
